Rental Policies

Please review our facility rental policies before booking. These guidelines help ensure a positive experience for all users of our spaces.

Booking & Payment

  • To secure your booking, your completed rental agreement must be approved prior to your event date.
  • Both non-profit and commercial groups are welcome to rent our facilities.
  • Payment is due upon confirmation of your booking. The office will contact you to arrange payment.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Insurance Requirements

  • A certificate of insurance may be required depending on your event type.
  • Events serving alcohol or involving physical activities typically require proof of liability insurance.
  • Please discuss insurance requirements with our office when booking.

Scent-Free Policy

Our buildings are scent-free spaces for the health and comfort of all visitors. Please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or strongly scented products when using our facilities. This includes scented candles or air fresheners during your event.

Youth Supervision

  • Adult supervision is required for all groups with youth under 18 years of age.
  • A minimum ratio of one adult supervisor per 10 youth is recommended.
  • Supervisors are responsible for the conduct of youth in their care.

Kitchen Use

  • Kitchen use is limited to heating, chilling, and serving prepared food and beverages.
  • Full meal preparation on-site is not permitted.
  • Renters must clean all dishes, surfaces, and appliances used.
  • All food and garbage must be removed at the end of your event.

Setup & Cleanup

  • Renters are responsible for leaving rooms tidy and returning furniture to its original setup.
  • Please arrive early enough to complete any setup within your rental time.
  • Cleanup time should be included in your booking duration.
  • Any damages to the facility or equipment must be reported immediately.

Security Requirements

  • If an event is held when staff is not in the building (e.g., Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night), the renter is responsible for paying security staff to be on-site for the duration of the event.
  • Security is charged at $24 per hour.
  • The security requirement applies to all events held outside of regular office hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM).
  • All event applications are approved by admin and minister.
