Baptisms

Baptism is a sacred sacrament in the United Church of Canada, celebrating new life and welcoming individuals into the Christian faith community. We offer baptisms for both children and adults.

What to Expect

Baptisms at Trinity-Clifton are typically conducted during Sunday worship services, allowing the entire congregation to witness and celebrate this important milestone. Pre-baptism meetings with our minister help prepare families for this meaningful ceremony.

Ramsden Scholarship

The Ramsden Scholarship was established by a bequest to the University of Prince Edward Island in honor of A.G. & Eliza Jane Ramsden. This endowed scholarship supports Protestant students pursuing higher education.

Eligibility Requirements

• Protestant students
• Demonstrated financial need (primary criterion)
• Academic achievement is considered but not the primary factor
• Preference given to students entering ministry
