Submit your completed form. Once approved, your booking is confirmed and you’re all set!

Important Information

  • To secure your booking, your completed agreement must be approved prior to your event date
  • Both non-profit and commercial groups are welcome
  • Certificate of insurance may be required depending on your event type
  • Scent-free facility: Our buildings are scent-free spaces for the health and comfort of all visitors
  • Adult supervision required for groups with youth under 18 years of age
  • Kitchen use is limited to heating, chilling, and serving prepared food and beverages
  • Security staff is on-site after business hours for the duration of your event
  • Renters are responsible for leaving rooms tidy and returning furniture to original setup
