Important Information
- To secure your booking, your completed agreement must be approved prior to your event date
- Both non-profit and commercial groups are welcome
- Certificate of insurance may be required depending on your event type
- Scent-free facility: Our buildings are scent-free spaces for the health and comfort of all visitors
- Adult supervision required for groups with youth under 18 years of age
- Kitchen use is limited to heating, chilling, and serving prepared food and beverages
- Security staff is on-site after business hours for the duration of your event
- Renters are responsible for leaving rooms tidy and returning furniture to original setup
